At least 20 hubs submitted final applications for U.S. H2 hub funding
At least 20 groups from across the U.S. have submitted final applications to the U.S. Department of Energy hoping to receive up to $1.25 B in federal funding and become one of six to 10 clean H2 hubs, according to a survey conducted by S&P Global Commodity Insights.

Air Products to build commercial-scale hydrogen refueling station in Canada
Air Products announced plans to build a multi-modal H2 refueling station near its new net-zero H2 energy complex under construction in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The H2 refueling station will be Air Products’ first in Canada and the first commercial-scale H2 refueling station in Alberta.
Avaada Group raises $1-B funding for manufacturing of green H2 from Brookfield
Avaada Group announced that it has raised $1.07 B to fund its green H2 and ammonia ventures in India as a part of its ongoing $1.3-B fund raise plan. Brookfield Renewable, through its Brookfield Global Transition Fund, will be investing up to $1 B in Avaada Ventures Private Limited.
H2FLY and partners integrate and commission a liquid H2 storage system for H2-electric aircraft
H2FLY announced that it has successfully completed liquid H2 on-ground coupling tests with its HY4 aircraft for the first time. This achievement is part of the European project HEAVEN, a consortium of six companies to demonstrate the feasibility of using liquid, cryogenic H2 in aircraft.

Hynion signs land agreement for H2 refueling station in Jönköping
Hynion Sweden was granted a grant of approximately $6 MM from the Swedish Energy Agency to build two more H2 refueling stations, one of which is in Jönköping. Now Hynion and Jönköping Municipality have signed a lease agreement for an area of land in the logistics area of Torsvik, south of Jönköping.
