China's renewable projects could produce up to 75 MMtpy of H2 by 2060
According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, China is ramping up renewable energy output and could produce 100-150 MMtpy by 2060. This level of production would meet a significant proportion of global H2 demand, which is expected to be 500 MMtpy–800 MMtpy by 2050.
